What the price covers

All of the ongoing work on our What we do page, including:

• Your compliance program, run with you
• Policies, vendor agreements and training records kept current
• Your Google Workspace admin, and Paubox email encryption and IDrive backups if purchased
• Logs and alerts watched every business day
• Your Google Workspace logs saved before Google deletes them
• New accounts when people join, access removed the same business day when they leave, and incident response within one business hour
• Your written report each month, and a quarterly review
• The yearly policy review, backup test and vulnerability review

Paid to your vendors, not to us

You pay these directly, at their prices.

• Google Workspace, which you already pay for. Business Plus is the minimum; we recommend Enterprise Standard.
• Paubox for encrypted email, if you choose it.
• IDrive for backup, if you choose it.
• Training courses, if you choose paid ones. Free ones work too.

How billing works

• Setup is due at signing. We quote it once we have looked at your Google Workspace, because the work depends more on what we find than on how many people you have.
• The monthly invoice goes out on the 1st, starting the month after you sign, with no proration.
• The security risk assessment: the first is part of setup. The yearly renewal is its own line, at half price while you subscribe.
